  AsiaSim 2021 Hosting of VIRTUAL CONFERENCE ONLY

  Dear Colleagues,

  As previously announced, the AsiaSim 2021 was preparing a hybrid conference.
  However, due to the resurgence of COVID-19 around the world, the Committee has decided to change the
  conference format from a hybrid meeting to a virtual one. With the change of the format of conference,
  the conference schedule has been modified from November 17-20 to December 8-11, 2021. Please note the
  updated dates of AsiaSim 2021.

  We regret that greeting you in person is not possible, however, your health and ultimately that of all
  of our families, colleagues, and communities, is absolutely paramount. We look forward to meeting you
  online on December 8-11, 2021 from wherever you are in the world.

Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • All papers(Word(or Latex) and PDF) will be submitted electronically through the paper Submission system at : For further instructions, please refer to the System user's manual.
  • If you already have an account with that system, please use that account to submit your paper. Otherwise,please refer to the System user's manual

  • Full papers must be 8 pages or less in required format.

  • Extended abstract must be 2 pages or less in required format.

  • All papers and Extended Abstracts will be published in the AsiaSim 2021 confernece proceedings and this proceedings will be distributed in the conference.

  • Particularly, selected papers are index by EI, Scopus(Springer's CCIS). And extended versions of qualified full papers are recommend for publication in the special issues in IJIE(International Journal of Industrial Engineering SCI(E)). And the process starts after the conference event.
    CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.

  • Papers should be written in English and will be presented orally or poster at the conference.

  • Full paper and extended abstract templates(LaTeX, Word), please use the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format for their initial submission. The LNCS template is available from below:

Reviewing Guidelines

  • Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere

  • After you submitted your full paper or extended abstract, the following process takes place:
  • All papers will be reviewed by the International Program Committee formed by the ASIASIM council members, and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference.
  • You will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection.
  • If your submission was accepted, a camera-ready copy must be submitted.
  • The accepted paper must be pre-registered for at least one of the authors of each paper.
  • Attendance by at least one author of accepted papers is mandatory and the speaker’s brief biography should be submitted by e-mail(asiasim.korea@gmail.com).
